Financial Planning Manager job description
One of the leading big four bancassurers in the High St, require a financial adviser for a ' tied, branch based role' based in Wanstead. The adviser will be expected to provide financial planning advice on range of products to clients both provided by the bank and actively self sourced. It is a branch based role and one of the key responsibilities will be for the adviser to develop and coach branch staff to ensure a healthy lead flow. They will also be expected to maintain the banks high standards at all times;
- Advisor will be Branch based.

Experience required from a Financial Planning Manager:
Our client will expect the successful adviser to be resilient, tenacious and highly driven with a good sales record in a similar branch based regulated environment. They must be driven and motivated by income and peer recognition. They must also be fully FPC qualified or equivalent and have at least 3 years experience in a bancassurance advisory role with demonstrable figures and league tables indicating high volume sales performance. CAS status is essential.
- Preferably branch based, bancassurance background but others will be considered if can demonstrate sustained achievment.
- Must be at least FPC 3 qualified. You will have a demonstrable, succesful financial services background.
- Should have Current CAS status.
- You will need to be a self starter with a succesful track record, and an excellent relationship builder.
