Job Description for Independent Financial Adviser
We are currently recruiting for an exceptional organisation, the leading UK IFA company in terms of financial stability who are looking for Independent Financial Advisers. They particularly want experienced advisers who can self source a percentage of their own business and ideally have a client bank in place to give them a head start. The successful applicant will be an experienced IFA and will receive excellent benefits including:
Excellent commissions - 50% of provided and 70% of self gen

Independent Financial Adviser role description
This organisation are a very well established IFA organisation and are part of a much larger group. They have an excellent lead generation system in place targeted to provide over 10,000 warm appointments to 150 advisers across the UK as well as presenting seminars to assist in business generation. The successful applicant will provide 'whole of market' financial advice to clients both provided and self generated as well as:
Self generate new business
Develop Introducer relationships
Remain compliant and within regulation
Provide seminar support
Market themselves and the company
Experience required from an Independent Financial Adviser
As a successful adviser with this organisation you would have particular levels of experience including:
Full FPC qualification
Practicing IFA
At least two years of running your own practice
CAS status
Self starter
