Michael has worked in the financial services market for over 30 years and is experienced in head hunting and assisting Financial Advisors, IFA and Wealth Planners to secure career progression and develop their business. He is highly skilled at salary negotiating, business development and possesses an in-depth understanding of financial Services industry knowledge to help his clients to expand their businesses.
Outside of work he plays as much competitive club level tennis as he can and has two active children who keep him fit.
Michelle Phillips
After schooling in Cornwall, she settled in the South East working in a variety of sales and business development roles in advertising and publishing before moving into the world of headhunting. She’s worked with HR, Directors and Programme Managers at many blue-chip companies on business-critical recruitment programmes, primarily in the Financial Sector with a vast number of clients in The City of London and Canary Wharf. Michelle has recently returned to the headhunting sector after several years bringing up a young family.
A dog lover, Michelle enjoys walking with her Border Collie Jimmy and Jack Russell’s Benjy and Betty, aka ‘the terriors’.
Mel Wood
Mel is a qualified mortgage and financial adviser and has worked in financial services for over twenty years. She understands both the mortgage market and financial industry and is well placed to advise candidates on their career options as well as assisting client companies to develop their business in the right way.
She spends her spare time with her precious Staffie and enjoys long walks (unless it’s raining too hard) and following 1000s of animal rescue charities.
Neil Abbott
